What is the Collective?

Powerhand Collective is the apprenticeship arm of Powerhand Designs, a brand strategy & design agency rooted in African creativity and sustainability. The Collective exists to train, test, and identify high-potential creatives through real briefs, pod collaboration, and structured performance cycles.

This is a disciplined, performance-based engine designed to develop the next generation of strategic creatives especially women (18-25 years) across the continent.
