ABOUT
Powerhand Collective is the apprenticeship arm of Powerhand Designs, a brand strategy agency rooted in African creativity and sustainability. The Collective exists to train, test, and identify high-potential creatives through real briefs, pod collaboration, and structured performance cycles.
This is not a community. It is a disciplined, performance-based engine designed to surface and develop the next generation of strategic creatives, especially women (16–21 years), across the continent.
EVALUATION
Entry into the Collective is selective. Participants are evaluated across five dimensions that define what it means to be Powerhand-ready.
